My client recently opened several Pediatric Dentist opportunities near Pittsburgh, PA. They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to all their Dentist & Specialist. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff. My client is seeking to bring on a Full time Pediatric Dentist.

• SIGN ON BONUS: $7,500
• Competitive compensation package: Sign on Bonus, $1300 daily guarantee, 35% of collections

Pediatric Dentist Responsibilities:

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Provide comprehensive dental care for diverse patient population
• Proficient with Restorative, Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, Pedodontics, Exodontia (including partial bony 3 rd molars), Endodontics (including molars) and Orthodontics
• Caring and dedicated team member who is able to work independently.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.

Pediatric Dentist Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Current license in state applying
• Completed or will complete Pediatric Residency
• Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.
