    Role Description

    The Patient Care Coordinator at Union PT helps patients access care with our providers as well as helping them navigate how they can utilize their insurance benefits to pay for their care.

    We are looking for someone who is personable, self-directed, and works well in a dynamic team environment.

    We are looking to hire around May 9th.


    Responsibilities to include:
    Check-in & Registration
    Phones & Scheduling
    Payment Processing
    Patient Liaison and Follow-up Calls
    Insurance benefit verification and treatment authorization management
    Maintaining stocks in therapy treatment rooms
