Job summary

We are seeking a General Manager for our HOA community in Naples, FL. This hands-on leadership position requires overseeing operational, administrative, financial, human resources,maintenance,and security functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large scale HOAs with amenities,
The Community Association Manager provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of Castle Group.
This role requires excellent customer service skills,
a strong analytical mindset,
and effective communication skills.
A valid CAM license is required.,
  • A Bachelor's degree concentration business or hospitality preferred.
  • Five (5) years of CAM related leadership business experience.
