    You will:

    • Work on projects varying in size from a single days effort to large projects with construction values in excess of $400 million
    • Build upon your design experience in concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures, as well as seismic engineering
    • Work on projects across a variety of market sectors including healthcare, education, commercial and multi-residence living
    • Work closely with Principals and other senior-level staff who are fully engaged in our projects and your mentorship
    • Develop your career in structural engineering quickly, in a manner that you will determine and guide.

    You have:

    • 8+ years of structural engineering and 3+ years of project management experience and an MS or M.Eng degree in Civil Engineering (and striving toward/earned licensure as a Structural Engineer)
    • Strong technical, organizational and communication skills
    • A variety of structural engineering/project management on facilities dedicated to healing, learning, living and interacting
    • Passion and dedication to advance your learning, individual growth, and take on challenges
    • A desire to work in a highly collaborative, dynamic and fun team focused environment
    • The ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
    • A goal of advancing into the position of Principal/shareholder at catena
