    Job Title

    Compensation:

    $20.70-$33.62 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

    Responsibilities and Expectations

    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests while recommending products and services that meet their vehicle's needs.
    • Develop product expertise through training and sell tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
    • Adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategy and core values to build long-term relationships with customers.

    Key Qualifications and Skills

    • Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
    • Confidence in communicating, advising, recommending, and making sales.
    • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
    • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained to master sales and hands-on services and repairs.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift 70lbs and perform continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
