- 5 unit/125 bed facility for adults/ geri; 90% forensic psy hospital, locked facility
- PPD: 10 1 2 5 admissions/ discharges per day facility wide
- No EMR. Dictation is handheld
- Forensic experience is a plus.
- Creds: 34 weeks
- MUST have active IL license and DEA. No cell phone allowed inside. 6 month min commitment.
