- Researches and purchases experimental parts and materials to support engineering, lab, and operations.
- Coordinates with suppliers and internal departments to set up new vendors in ERP system.
- Manage schedule and inventory for R&D and production builds.
- Coordinate and update project schedules created by engineering team.
- Investigates and keeps management informed of problems in shipping projects that are compliant with customer's target receipt date.
- Communicate project status, issues, risks, and activities. Chair meetings to lead to final decisions while also maintaining meeting minutes and actions required.
- Determines critical need items and helps in establishing priorities with Materials and/or Shipping Departments on scheduled ship dates.
- Bachelor of Science Degree or related discipline required (or equivalent education/experience), coupled with 1-3 years of previous experience in a related project management function.
- Excellent organizational skills are required in the planning and problem resolution for complex long-term projects.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts in a positive and effective manner.
- MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.
- JDE and SAP Concur experience a plus.
- Fully site based
