    Job Brief:


    The Customer Marketing team is responsible for capturing and sharing our customers' success stories as well as elevating their voices throughout our go-to-market efforts.

    We are looking for a Customer Marketing Operations Associate (contractor) to support customer marketing data entry, content development, and assist in customer marketing operations.

    To be successful in this role, this person must be a communicative self-starter, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and willing to dive into the details surrounding our customers.

    Projects & Responsibilities will depend on the needs of the team.

    However, the following can be anticipated:

    Assist with team reporting and dashboards in Asana and SalesforceReview customer contracts for branding and marketing agreements and record in Okta databases.

    Maintain and report on Customer Marketing account repository in AsanaMaintain team documents, folders, systems, etc.

    and suggest alternatives to help the team work more efficientlyHelp project manage customer marketing programs, ie:

    customer hero photo shoots to include scheduling, staffing, routing content for customer approval, and building and updating trackers in Google sheetsSupport various projects and initiatives that help fuel the customer marketing pipelineProvide supplementary support for Adhoc customer initiatives, tasks, and projects'Skills:2-3 years of operations experience preferred2-3 years of data entry and Excel experience preferredHighly motivated, self-starter attitude.

    Ability to drive projects forward without manager interventionStrong project management and organizational skillsStrong social and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Proactively communicating priorities, roadblocks and updates is crucial for this role.

    Deeply organized and detail-orientedProven ability to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to collaborate with team members while finding opportunities to provide value as an individual contributorPreferred tools: Salesforce, Asana, and Google SuiteWe need hard working, reliable employees.
