Job Description
Talent Sourcing Specialist will assist with the daily functions of the Talent Acquisition/HR department including administrative tasks, data entry and scheduling, candidate communication support, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate outreach (sourcing), and conducting interviews for diverse positions.

- Responsible for candidate sourcing and applicant screening as well as building a talent funnel and candidate engagement for open positions with our client companies.
- Reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Crafts and sends recruiting emails.
- Crafting offer letters.
- Recruits and screens candidates for current and future positions.
- Develops, tests, and tracks recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent.
- Engages and activates passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs.
- Communicates frequently with departmental and executive stakeholders to understand the needs of the hiring authorities/clients.
- Perform research and sourcing duties as it pertains to assigned searches and/or new business development.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 0-2 years of experience recruiting for diverse roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience providing candidate sourcing support in multi-location, multi-state organizations required.
- Proven track record of attention to detail, organizing and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience conducting candidate interviews.
- Experience using ATS
- Paycom familiarity is a huge plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to escalate them to Sr. teammates when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Education Requirements
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

- We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday
