    Description

    We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our Rehmann IT Service Desk team. The IT Support Technician provides tier 1 technical support to all employees including those working from remote locations. Position reports directly to IT Service Desk Manager.

    How You will Make an Impact at Rehmann:

    • Assist in resolving incidents/service requests submitted via email, phone, or walk up
    • Support associate onboard/offboarding processes
    • Software and hardware installations/troubleshooting and other related IT Technician functions
    • Collaborate with a highly motivated team that strives for World-Class Customer Service
    • A willingness to work outside of scheduled hours and travel between offices
    Desired Skills & Experiences:
    • Focus on exceptional customer service
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Information Systems or equivalent experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in providing helpdesk support
    • A+, Network+ or equivalent certification desired
    • Proficient with Windows 11/10/O365 Suite and Android/iOS Mobile
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple requests
    • A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
    • Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical employees
    • Experience with Cherwell Service Management System a plus
