Pony Bird's Employment Services is seeking a Job Coach to join our team to enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities.

STARTING PAY OF $18.00 PER HOUR

What does a Job Coach do?

• Coach individuals on site that are placed at jobs in the community
• Train and support individuals to become independent in their position
• Communicate with employers
• Team-player who can also work independently
• Provide accurate documentation
• On limited occasions provide transportation to individuals served using agency vehicles and/or personal vehicle

Schedule:

• Under 30 hours per week
• Schedule will change weekly, varies based on participants' work schedules and staff's weekly availability (employer will be flexible for scheduling around staff's availability)

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Light computer skills to include data entry and word processing
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to communicate in an effective and clear manner, both oral and written form
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to be flexible to provide the needs of the individuals served
