    Objection handling

    Booking repairs/updating customers on their current repairs

    Navigating around multiple systems whilst conversing with customers

    Troubleshooting equipment

    Liaising with manufacturers/repair centres

    Organising replacements, exchanges and refunds

    Answering delivery queries

    Excellent vocal and written communication
