- Providing strategic and operational management direction for profitable growth and retention in the US Field for Chubb Global Casualty, Real Estate, Construction and Foreign Casualty.

- Strategically collaborate with senior and regional UW management to ensure key MC priorities are supported with clear tactical plans across the entire US Field
- Engage with Senior MC leaders on operating model changes/deliverables
- Build and lead the execution of strategic and tactical plans that cultivate service results and maximize the development of targeted business.
- Ensure clear and defined processes are in place to manage business needs both in the short term and long term
- Make key strategic decisions utilizing data management tools, production measures, service indicators, and other key metrics. Service Management
- Ensure MC Field service delivery expectations and goals are met.
- Communicate and collaborate with US Field colleagues in North America Operations to ensure MC service commitments are met, quality products are delivered, and resources are utilized effectively.
- Act as the Service Liaison for identified brokers to research and resolve issues stemming from branch and service centers.
- Develop clear tactical plans to manage business serviced outside the region in cores Knowledge, skills, and abilities: · Demonstrated advanced competencies in results orientation, customer focus, teamwork & collaboration, leadership, communication, and coaching/developing others. · Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal and process management skills. · Extensive property and casualty insurance industry experience leading to a broad understanding of the industry, products, distribution, regulation, and current issues. · Strong financial acumen, analytical, business planning/report-writing and presentation skills is required. In New York City, NY the pay range for the role is $146,500 to $240,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors.
