    Description

    Job Title: Marketing Coordinator II at Renewal by Andersen

    Description & Requirements

    Summary: Provide efficient coordination of centralized marketing services, support the CORO Marketing team, and ensure accurate execution of marketing tactics.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Proof-reading marketing assets for accuracy
    • Creating campaign spec sheets for marketing assets
    • Setting up new marketing sources in CRM
    • Assigning and testing phone numbers, URLs, and QR codes
    • Collaborating with Business Intelligence & IT teams
    • Reviewing marketing disclaimers with Legal team

    Qualifications and Skills

    Must Have Qualifications:

    • Four-year degree in marketing or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing/business
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

    Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously
    • Problem-solving and self-management abilities
