- Utilize motivational interviewing to engage guests in identifying barriers and developing holistic housing plans
- Complete intakes for individuals entering into services
- Coordinate with community partners to ensure guests are connecting to appropriate resources
- De-escalate and mitigate conflicts with guests
- Report and maintain documentation in compliance with agency requirements
- Assist with regular HNC and shelter operations as needed
- Insurance options including medical, dental, vision

- Experience working with vulnerable individuals

The Housing Navigation Center (HNC) is a physical location where those experiencing homelessness receive help to regain housing and those at risk of homelessness are prevented from losing their housing. We are looking for a dedicated Housing Coordinator to join our team at the HNC. If you are passionate about helping individuals in need and making a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
Overview of the Role:
The Housing Coordinator will provide essential case management and housing coordination services for households experiencing homelessness. Working closely with individuals on-site, you will advocate to ensure that the most vulnerable households in the community are connected to the necessary supports to secure stable and permanent housing.
