WAREHOUSE LEAD SUMMARY OF POSITION

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and products

WAREHOUSE LEAD ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and documentation of deliveries, inventory, and supplies
• Inspection of product
• Storing, moving, and managing materials
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

WAREHOUSE LEAD QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in production operations required
• Must have Excel knowledge
• Good coordination skills and ability to judge distances.
• Knowledge of forklift equipment and operations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for operating forklifts.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (e.g., saw, hammer, etc.).
• Ability to speak, read & write in English & Spanish
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and maintain written records as needed
