    We are looking for a MDF - Operations Analyst to support our client's Marketing Operations team. This is a W-2 full-time contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA. with Hybrid options.     As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will own the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) process ensuring data integrity, compliance and timeliness. You will support NVIDIA's OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Partners and engage with cross‐functional teams at NVIDIA. This is a visible role for a detailed individual who has a customer service focus and who can function in a growing, dynamic environment.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Support all aspects of the MDF process focusing on educating and guiding partners and NVIDIANs through the MDF process.
    • Manage and support incoming and/or outgoing MDF budgets.
    • Collaborate with partners and NVIDIA Partner Marketing Mangers (PMM) on translating the marketing plan into the MDF portal.
    • Review MDF projects and claims for compliance and accuracy.
    • Assist partners with accurate and timely claims submission by confirming appropriate documentation is present and enforcing guidelines.
    • Summarize quarterly MDF marketing plan activities and present to executives.
    • Create ad-hoc reports requested by management ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and timely.
    • Work with internal and external accounts payable teams to research and resolve questions.
    • Nurture positive relationships with OEM & CSP partners, Global Enterprise PMMs, Regional Marketing Managers, Global Account Managers, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT.
    • Establish guidelines and timelines for MDF workflow.
    • Contribute to process improvement and standardization.
    • Safe‐guard data integrity by ensuring projects are submitted correctly resulting in accurate reporting downstream.
    • Review MDF related contracts.

    What we need to see:

    • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Finance or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
    • 6-8 years of experience in a business finance, operations, or marketing capacity.
    • 2‐5 years in high-tech marketing managing an MDF process.
    • Experience in marketing, budgeting, reporting and operations support.
    • Great attention to detail with consistent accuracy.
    • Capacity to nurture relationships, effectively communicate and build trust.
    • Experience delivering against multiple projects simultaneously in a changing environment.
    • Self‐motivated individual who can work independently to identify and solve problems. Ability to clearly identify key issues of importance to manager.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    • Have a basic understanding of financial processes.

    • Co‐marketing/Alliance Partner marketing experience.
    • Solid understanding of workflow automation tools/process and experience running reports in Sales Force is a plus.
    • Solid business judgment and time management; be hands-on, accurate, detail & timely.
