• Department: Nursing Surgical Unit MOSH
• Shift Timings: Night shift 19:00-7:30 Hours Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours Shift) Per Week: 36 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (MOSH) - Every 3rd Weekend
• EOH; Acute Care, Orthopedic or Surgical Experience
• Preferred; Telemetry
• May need to float to other sites within a 40 mile radius

QUALIFICATIONS

• BLS and ACLS
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Passionate about patient care
• Requires a minimum of two years of current RN Med/Surg experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
• Active unencumbered RN Wisonsin state license
• One year of Epic experience

Requirements

• COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.
