    About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their senior leadership team. The COO will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the firm's internal operations and infrastructure, with a focus on day-to-day business operations, talent and HR functions, technology platforms, and internal systems. This strategic operator will work closely with the CEO to drive the company's growth, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological adoption. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in developing agency culture, manage offsite and company-wide events, and collaborate on long-term operational strategy and goal setting.

    Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience, with at least 5 years in an operations role at a PR, communications, or professional services firm. The role requires a proven ability to design and lead systems that support business scaling and team performance, as well as strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with a range of tools, including project management, CRM, media databases, and AI platforms, is essential. The COO will be responsible for all HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional development, and must be adept at managing team documentation and overseeing employee engagement and DEI practices. Strategic enablement and growth, technology and innovation, and the development of IT and AI governance policies are also key aspects of the role.
