Requested Skill Set:
Must be a generalist, able to work all areas of the lab, must understand how to use middleware and use iMobile messaging system for communication with nurses and phlebotomists.
Must have :
Desire to work with a team of scientists and phlebotomists, all shifts are staffed with a minimum of 3 phlebotomists and 3 scientists.
Ability to communicate well with nurses and providers. Self-directed and capable of covering multiple departments for short periods of time.Procedures performed on unit:
General Lab testing
Certifications Required:
ASCP or AMT certification and MT/MLS degree
