    About the Role:
    This position involves working closely with internal teams to support and develop business solutions, using professional knowledge, judgment, and analysis to make decisions or recommend courses of action that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relationships in dealing with others, including patients/families/members, employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers, and community members.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Works collaboratively with clients to determine information and data requirements.
    • Evaluates and reports on a variety of topics, sometimes complex in nature.
    • Collaborates with customers on efficient, effective use of application resources, and creates related documentation as necessary.
    • Supports and develops business solutions with internal teams.
    • Makes decisions or recommends courses of action using professional knowledge, judgment, and analysis.

    Requirements:
    The successful candidate will have competent skills in supporting the technical, operational, and application needs of moderately complex applications or subcomponents of a highly complex system. They will also be able to analyze multiple approaches/solutions to issues or problems and collaborate with peers to create and maintain standard team-specific documentation.

    Benefits:
    This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Providence St. Joseph Health provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
