Location: Melbourne, FL

Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles for our guests.
• Provide honest assessments and document detailed recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
• Address all guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Perform a wide range of automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Continuously build your experience across a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Review Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and translate them into actionable insights for guests.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and guests about vehicle needs.
• Promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Handle wheel and tire repairs and replacements.
• Keep your repair vehicle and tools clean, organized, and presentable.
• Master manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA).

What We're Looking For:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a 16' box truck.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A well-groomed appearance and a desire to learn.
• 3+ years of experience as a professional automotive technician.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and a commitment to following them.
• Willingness to work or flag 40+ hours per week.
• Experience with dealership diagnostic equipment is a plus.
• Current ASE Certifications or a willingness to obtain them is a bonus

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
