    HumanEdge Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Shreveport, Louisiana. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities.

    Position Overview

    Day shift schedule

    5 days per week

    32 hours guaranteed weekly

    No on-call requirement

    Requirements

    Active Louisiana PT license (or eligibility)

    Outpatient or relevant clinical experience preferred

    Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

    Responsibilities

    Evaluate and treat patients based on physician referral

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    Document patient progress and update care plans

    Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
