Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus.
