    While training and operating with a limited clinical schedule, to provide genetic counseling services for various genetics clinics, including but not limited to maternal-fetal medicine, oncology, neurology, cardiology, and plastic surgery.

    To function as a member of the healthcare team, providing invaluable services, including risk assessment, education, result interpretation and supportive counseling for patients.

    To not only support medical geneticists, but also various specialties across the system.

    Position Requirements:

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    Completion of, or within one year of graduation from a Master's degree program in Genetic Counseling required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

    LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/


    OR REGISTRATION:

    Currently certified or eligible to be certified as a Certified Genetic Counselor (CGC) by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) within three (3) years of obtaining a Master's degree.
