mayors to support summer youth employment programs, hiring summer interns in our Financial Centers through nonprofit partners, and Our Student Leaders program, through which we recognize 225 community-minded high-school students from across the country each year, providing them with a paid summer job at a nonprofit in their community and participation in a national leadership summit in Washington, D.C.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a Digital Ambassador assisting clients in one of over 4,000 financial center locations nationwide
Educate clients on high-tech and high-touch self-service banking solutions (i.e., mobile, online, ATM) and Better Money Habits resources
Build and deepen client relationships
Follow established policies, procedures and guidelines to protect both our clients and Bank of America
Required Skills:
Have a passion to engage and educate clients with our industry leading digital banking solutions
Ability to independently complete self-study and online coursework, including compliance training
Comfortable engaging with clients and interacting with managers face-to-face environment
Ability to complete required training independently and participate in speaker series and group projects
Eligibility Requirements:
Senior in High School or first year of post-secondary education in school year
Must be 18 years by April 15th, 2026 (Born on or before April 15th, 2008)
Satisfactory completion of pre-screening, background check and fingerprinting
Must be able to complete training by established deadlines
Must be able to work the first 3-weeks in full
Eligible to work in the United States
Schedule:
June 8th, August 7th, weeks).
Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:00pm (with 30 min for lunch)

June 19th and July 4th are unpaid holidays.
Pay:
$25/hour. No benefits are provided

About YouthForce:
YouthForce provides teens with the teamwork, leadership and career competencies needed to reach their full potential through unique mentored internship programs and a structured learning curriculum.
We seek to provide teens with college, career, and life skills, enabling them to realize their personal, academic, and professional goals.
YouthForce Interns also participate in workforce readiness workshops aimed at helping teens plan their future while also developing communication, networking, and leadership skills.
These resources ensure that every intern is on target to graduate high school ready with competitive college and scholarship applications, a strong resume, and knowledge on managing their own finances.
The YouthForce Career Internship Programs offers teens mentored, educational, and career relevant internships.Career Interns not only receive gainful employment in a professional business setting, but they also benefit from job readiness training, guided mentoring, and individualized college and career counseling to gain critical skills necessary for school and career success.
