    A Dynamic HR Business Partner for Manufacturing Excellence

    About the Role

    We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to partner closely with our HR Leader, contributing directly to business objectives and promoting best practices across all sites. In this role, you will design and implement processes that foster coaching, mentorship, development, and accountability within our HR framework.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive change in a manufacturing setting, ensuring continuity and excellence in HR business practices.
    • Cultivate comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and best practices, including compensation, recruitment, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, FLSA, COBRA, I-9 compliance, staffing, retention, terminations, career development, and performance improvement strategies.
    • Foster positive employee relations while driving meaningful change, building trust at all organizational levels and maintaining open lines of communication.
    • Provide consultative and courageous leadership as a strategic HR Business Partner and Change Agent, influencing others toward excellence through effective leadership behaviors.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and fostering a positive, productive workplace culture.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
