- Set up machine and tooling for operation according to Work Instructions and Tooling List.
- Meet daily production targets with consistent part quality.
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.
- Perform machine routine preventive maintenance.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions or tool wear.
- Communicate with supervisor, CADCAM programmers, and quality inspectors to resolve issues.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and support team workflow.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop standards.
- SPM Required
- Preferably 1–2 years of CNC machining experience
- Able to setup and operate CNC machines.
- Ability to understand technical drawing.
- Understand basic CNC machine controls.
- Able to use precision measuring instruments.
- Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
