Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our Providence St. Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.

This position starts on July 27, 2026.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Upon hire:
Alaska Registered Nurse License.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
