Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus Assist in seating guests during busy times Answer phone calls and take reservations Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready Maintain a clean and organized host/host station Assist in coordinating with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth dining experience for guests Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining atmosphere
