    In This Role, You'll:

    • Audit pallets
    • Monitor & track expiration dates, ensuring the FIFO method
    • Track inventory data and product movements using internal systems (JDE or similar)
    • Monitor and reconcile inventory across multiple zones (dry, cooler, freezer)
    • Provide reports to the warehouse and operations teams for real-time decision-making
    • Enter change orders, update records, and flag inventory discrepancies
    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and materials.
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Update inventory data in warehouse management systems.
    • Organize and label stock areas to maintain an efficient, safe warehouse layout.
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
    • Prepare products and materials for shipping, including picking and packing orders.
    • Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to stock movement.
    • Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse staff, and production teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
    • Follow company safety and compliance guidelines at all times.
    Pay & Benefits:
    • Starting pay: $20.00/hr. – $22.00/hr. DOE
    • Weekly pay (every Friday)
    • Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days. The company pays 60% of the premium.

    What You'll Bring:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience
    • Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck 
    • Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees 
    • Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs., possibly consistently
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; confident with Excel and inventory systems preferred
    • Experience with JDE/JDA inventory management systems
    • Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

    The Schedule & Setting:

    • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer zones)
    • Inventory Clerk: Starts at 8:30 a.m., working a 10-hour day (Sunday - Wednesday)
    • Flexibility required for holidays and operational needs
