We are looking for a Construction Project Estimator to join our growing team. This is an in-house position with a casual office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field incoming requests for information via phone or email.
• Review incoming requests for quotations for our water storage tanks and aluminum domes for our scope of work.
• Contact engineers and plan holders.
• Outline quotation using our standard company form and submit to operations for review.
• Assist with special projects with other team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction estimating preferred.
• Great time management skills.
• Consistent follow-up and follow-through
• Ability to converse and engage with individuals across all levels of business by phone, email and in-person
• Strong written communication with excellent grammar.
• Experience reading drawings, contracts and technical specifications.
• AutoCAD (marking up existing drawings, etc.) a plus.

Compensation is negotiable and based on your prior experience.
