Responsibilities

Yield Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize paperwork for for fabrication,offal and ground beef reports
• Data entry
• Balance production data for fabrication, Offal and Ground beef
• Assist others as needed
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Hours: 9 pm to 6 am Monday to Friday; Saturday hours are dependent on production schedules

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the yield clerk position should possess the following:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess efficient data entry skills
• Good work history, punctuality, and attendance
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with all National Beef Departments effectively
• Good telephone etiquette skills
• Possess a professional and positive attitude/conduct
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated
