- Downtown Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid Schedule)
- Provide comprehensive legal support to clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour compliance.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, offering legal advice and updates on case progress.
- Collaborate with a team of senior attorneys and support staff in trial preparation activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in labor and employment law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Prior experience with employment litigation highly desired.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Position OverviewThe Junior Associate Attorney will play a crucial role in our Labor and Employment practice area. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, contributing to the development of legal strategies, conducting research, drafting documents, and representing our clients in various legal proceedings. This position is ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in labor and employment law and who is passionate about advocating for employee rights.
