- Lead the synthesis and design of small molecules during the lead optimization phase, working closely with the molecular design team to advance hit-to-lead programs to LO.
- Lead the multiparameter optimization of molecules, directing efforts towards the selection of candidates for both internal and/or partnered programs.
- Focus on optimizing the properties of molecules across multiple series, with a specific emphasis on achieving in-vivo exposure and PD/efficacy.
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in medicinal chemistry.
- Extensive knowledge and high proficiency in principles of medicinal chemistry, molecular design, ADME and DMPK
