    Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V.

    Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

    We believe healthcare is a team sport and every player has something to contribute. Work in partnership with the registered nurse to support patient care.

    Monitor patients at timed intervals, document data as directed, and report observations and patient concerns to the registered nurse.

    Provide basic patient transport.
    Perform and demonstrates proficiency in phlebotomy.
    Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and staff.
    Participate in purposeful hourly rounding and bedside shift report as directed.
    Perform direct and indirect patient care duties as assigned and may provide clerical support to assigned unit.

    Knowledge of patient assistance and care procedures

    Competent to perform in at least two general areas of practice (cross trained and able to cover more than one hospital service, role, or function).

    Minimum of two years of experience in acute or long-term care.
    Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy.
    Completion of approved CNA, PCT or paramedic certification or currently enrolled in nursing school.
