- Supporting large-scale systems and interfacing systems
- Providing expertise in system architecture, design, and development
- Developing system requirements specifications based on user requirements and system architecture
- Assisting in the adoption of cloud technology and business tools
- Guiding users, conducting feasibility studies, and advising on alternative approaches
- Reviewing and drafting technical materials and white papers
- Implementing comprehensive SOA solutions
- Managing system engineering documentation and specifications
- Assessing program risks and developing risk management plans
- Planning verification efforts and controlling changes to requirements
- Ensuring technical integrity of system baseline over time
- Supporting DoD Certification and Accreditation processes

- Preparing and presenting briefing slides
- Documenting interfacing systems
- Attending Technical Exchange Meetings and recording minutes
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph clearance
- Fourteen years of Systems Engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with creating DoDAF and Systems Engineering artifacts
- Understanding of AWS concepts and applications
