An Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) is required to complete an APP Agreement with their Collaborating Physician(s). The APP will support objectives, budget, performance metrics and medical activities at an Individual level including implementation of quality control standards, risk management and compliance programs.Responsibilities
- Masters in Nursing Required or Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
- Two Years Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant Preferred.
