    :

    Contribute to the resolution of sensitive customer inquiries and complaints telephonically. Partner with management and other internal partners to resolve issues/complaints.

    Determine appropriate course of action and documenting all phone interactions as well as the outcome of the resolution in the system of record.

    Will be communicating with customers via inbound/outbound calls to resolve complaints/claims on various lines of business. If a complicated claim comes up, this team will escalate the issue to another escalations team.

    80% of day on the phone

    All outbound call unless a customer returns the call back

    They will be given an amount of assignments each day. Each "assignment" might take 2-3 calls to resolve.


    The conversations here are not "quick" and they are not measuring how fast someone answers a call, but how well they are working through the call to get to a resolution.

    This is not a traditional call center where they work off a que.
