    We are seeking a Hotel Manager to join our award-winning team
    Located in the vibrant city of Durham, North Carolina, Our Hotel/Golf Club stands as a distinguished haven.

    Hotel Sale Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications
    3 years of experience in selling hotel services
    Demonstrated history of achievement in hospitality sales.
    Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
    Solid understanding of business operations, capable of market analysis and opportunity identification.
    Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at surpassing revenue objectives for accommodations, event venues, and golf events.
    Lead site tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
    Familiarity with Delphi and Cvent is a plus.
    Available for 5 days a week, working 8-hour shifts.
    Potential for a hybrid work arrangement following 90 days of training.
