- Provide case management responsibilities on complex litigation matters.
- Proofread, cite-check, Bluebook, and Shepardize briefs, prepare appendices, and monitor status of appeals.
- Conduct research, maintain documents and exhibits, and prepare for hearings and trials.
- Communicate with attorneys, courts, clients, vendors, and support staff as needed.
- Utilize MS Office and legal technology to manage document databases and deliverables.
- Docket deadlines, maintain calendars and coordinate electronic case rooms.

- Experienced. Bachelor's degree required, as well as strong Bluebooking skills. Law degree is helpful but not a must have.
