Job Summary
Rise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease-Up Specialist to support the successful launch of new communities across our portfolio. This role travels from project to project to activate pre-leasing strategies, establish market presence, generate demand, and support onsite teams during the critical early phases of lease-up.Responsibilities
- Deploy to new communities prior to opening to initiate pre-leasing strategies, marketing activation, and local outreach
- Establish strong community presence through events, partnerships, and professional relationships
