- Direct supervision of all clinical team members and activities, including group monitoring, individual therapy, and charting to ensure optimal quality and efficacy.
- Collaboration with program management.
- Interaction with the Utilization Review Department.
- Organization of continuous professional growth and training covering individual therapy, diagnostic procedures, group therapy, and documentation practices.
- Evaluation of staff morale, with strategic plans developed for team cohesion and motivation.
- Involvement in the recruitment and assessment process to evaluate potential clinical team members.
- Maintenance of records and documentation pertaining to the clinical staff.
- Hold a Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work
- Possess LCSW or LPC credentials
- Understanding of addiction and mental health is advantageous

Be part of a well-established national organization focused on substance abuse treatment, which is in search of a Clinical Director for its expanding Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. Our growth stems from our commitment to providing compassionate care, clinical excellence, continuous enhancement, and surpassing the expectations of our patients and their families.
Clinical Director Job role:
The Clinical Director oversees the clinical team, collaborating with the CEO, Physician, and Utilization Review Department when required.
This role involves maintaining regular communication with the clinical staff, sharing relevant program-related information, and contributing to program development and enhancements.
The incumbent also ensures meticulous documentation practices by the clinical team, upholding the highest standards, and assumes 24/7 responsibility for the facility's clinical operations.
