    Come join our dynamic Human Resources team at Eden Prairie Schools as our newest Human Resources Staffing Coordinator The HR Staffing Coordinator performs daily human resource operations of hiring and staffing processes of the district including recruitment, advertising, orientations, onboarding, off-boarding, managing candidate's and employee information, and tending to the staffing needs of the various departments and school sites within the district.

    Position Requirements:
    • Four-year degree or combination of professional training and experience in Human Resources Administration or related field
    Experience:
    • One-two years of relevant experience
    Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
    • Strong computer and technology skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with Google docs, and interest in and ability to learn new platforms
    • Excellent decision-making, problem solving, and group facilitation skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times
    • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation
    Benefit Overview:

    Salary:

    EPSS, Level III - $82,223

    Vacation

    20 days/year

    Holidays

    11 paid holidays/year

    Sick Leave

    14 days per year cumulative to 254 days

    Medical/hospitalization insurance with low premiums for single coverage; generous contributions provided by the employer towards family coverage premium.

    Dental Insurance

    Dental insurance is fully paid by the employer for single or family coverage.

    Life Insurance

    Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee's annual salary

    Long Term Disability Insurance

    Long term disability fully paid by the employer.

    Tax Sheltered Annuity Matching Program

    District TSA match up to 2.25% of employee's base salary.

    Tuition Reimbursement

    50% tuition for up to 3 credits per academic session for pre-approved coursework
