Job summary
The Trainmaster position is responsible for supervising and overseeing the hiring and ongoing development of Operations staff, ensuring that Operating employees receive appropriate and continued training/certifications and that all crew members are proficient in their duties, compliant with operating rules and that they follow safe, company-sanctioned operating practices.
