Job summary
We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team at Butterball. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines and equipment safely, accurately, and timely in the assigned department.Maintain ongoing communication with Production Supervision, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance as it relates to equipment performance and down time
Follow safety procedures and checklist for startup,
emergency stop,
and restart of the lines after down time
Cross train on other equipment/areas as needed
Maintain a clean and organized area
