Job summary

This position provides comprehensive facility management services including continuous monitoring of facilities and coordination with engineering and facilities managers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for team goals and objectives
  • Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL initiatives
  • Manage procurement of property supplies and services, including issuing purchase orders and managing bid requests
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across regional facilities
