The Wire Drawing position works with their hands on small, detailed projects and products production assembly detail-oriented machines making small parts assists with minor miscellaneous tasks as requested.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment setup operation repair basic daily weekly preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety quality efficiency.
- Maintain machine raw material feeds perform any fault clearing clear stoppages on automated equipment Utilize human machine interfaces HMIs to identify correct shifts in process control Ensures adequate raw material prepared correctly jobs run timely manner ensure on-time delivery Able computer systems support material inventory quality management processes Perform routine cleaning inspection lubrication machinery Able measuring tools correct tolerances Works specifications work orders general instructions Production Supervisor Team Lead Safely follow standard operating procedures including but not limited to material handling record keeping packaging shipment preparation Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs Notifies Team Leader Production Supervisor discrepancies ensure quality standards safety operations maintained times Excellent attention detail good organization capable independent minimal instruction production supervisor Able work small groups cross functional teams troubleshoot issues identify implement collective corrective actions Maintain clean environment suitable medical device manufacturing Education Experience H.S Associate degree preferred Previous manufacturing experience preferred Self-starter capable dealing variety tasks fast paced multi-tasking environment Must proficient English language read documentation communicate write Ideal candidate keen eye quality dependable will collaborate within team possess positive attitude Previous experience assembling debugging optimizing discrete component assembly processes Experience start-up production environment plus Mechanical Aptitude Knowledge automated machines tools design uses repair maintenance Production Processing Knowledge raw materials measurement instruments production processes quality control techniques manufacture distribution goods Mathematics Basic arithmetic algebra geometry Physical Requirements Required stand least 75% working time shift walking least 50% working time shift Required reach above shoulder frequently below waist occasionally Push pull Ability lift up to 20lbs occasionally 5-10lbs frequently
