- The Implementation Specialist will collaborate directly with Life Sciences customers utilizing our transparency reporting tools.
- This role involves acting as a project manager for implementations, delivering customer support services for the tool, and aiding customers with data integration and configuration requirements.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to provide implementation services and customer support, closely working with regulatory, product, and technical teams.
- Support multiple customer projects by offering project management and implementation guidance, providing advice and assistance on product configuration and utilization, and delivering basic technical and data support.
- Participate in multiple concurrent projects, manage project timelines and scope, and report on status regularly.
- Perform data analysis, leverage tools for data review and modification, collaborate with technical and business teams for data integration, and establish procedures for user acceptance testing.
- Design and document procedures for implementing transparency products, conduct UAT testing, and provide training on procedures.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in working with life sciences companies in commercial compliance, sales/commercial operations, or aggregate spend/transparency reporting.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and/or supporting SaaS applications.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. and global laws and codes related to life sciences sales and marketing practices.
- Experience in business/customer-facing roles, customer support, and project management.
