    • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
      • The Associate Information Security Analyst is responsible for working in close collaboration with the Senior Information Security Analyst and the CIO in managing and continuously improving Morris Hospital & Healthcare Center's (MHHC) Information Security Compliance program. This includes conducting security business, clinical, and infrastructure compliance reviews along with security risk assessments for internal and external information assets. Supports the incident response and forensics program for MHHC to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of enterprise information resources. Provides recommendations to balance cyber risks and enable the business in a secure manner. Improves the overall security posture to meet the expanding and changing business and clinical needs of the organization.
    • QUALIFICATIONS
      • Professional/Educational
        • With Bachelor's Degree: 1-2 years of experience in computing and information security, including experience with Internet technology security issues.
        • With Associate's Degree: 3-4 years of experience in computing and information security, including experience with Internet technology security issues.
        • With High School Diploma: 5+ years of experience in computing and information security, including experience with Internet technology security issues.
        • Experience should include security policy development, security education, network penetration testing, application vulnerability assessments, risk analysis and compliance testing.
        • Experience with security tools such IPS, SIEM, Web Secure Gateway, Email Gateway, DLP, Firewalls (network and application), Malware Protection, MDM, Forensic Tools, etc.
        • 24/7 IT infrastructure operations experience
        • Experience in a Healthcare security environment is a plus
        • Formal information security certifications preferred (i.e. CISSP, Security+, CISM, OSCP, etc.). Willingness to pursue cybersecurity certification within two years of hiring.
        • Solid project management skills and substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
